How Do I Place An Order?

Orders may be placed through this online store using the checkout process. You may add as many pieces as you wish to your order. Each order will be processed within 5-7 business days and shipped together.

After you place an order:

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
Order Processing: Depending on availability and whether any modifications have been requested, this step will take between 1-4 business days.
Shipping / Delivery: You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 business days within Canada and 5-15 business days within the US.

Before you order, don't forget to check your size!

How Do I Check If The Size Is Right?

(For necklaces and bracelets)

Every product description includes details on the approximate length and dimensions of the piece. You just need 2 items to check the size before you order:

Measuring tape (or string and a ruler)
Mirror (for necklaces)

STEP 1: Check the length in the product description

STEP 2: Measure out the length on the measuring tape or string

STEP 3: Place it around your neck for a necklace, or around your wrist for a bracelet.

STEP 4: Does it fit? Is it a comfortable size? If not. we offer free sizing modifications, subject to availability of materials (see below)

Will I Get the Exact Product Shown in the Image?

All our items are handmade so each one is unique. The one you receive may vary slightly from the item shown in the photo subject to the availability of materials. If there is a difference, we will communicate this to you before shipping anything, and if you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund.

Due to variations in color settings and qualities of device screens, colors may appear different than in person.

Product Modification

We currently offer two types of modifications for most styles, subject to availability of materials:

1. Length extension for necklaces, pendants, and bracelets

Certain pieces are extendable upon request to suit individual needs and preferences. Please specify the piece (by name or SKU) and the length by which you would like to extend the piece in inches or cm. This modification is at no extra charge, as long as the corresponding materials are available.

2. No exposed metal for certain beaded necklace designs

For those who have allergies to certain types of metal, we can adjust a limited number of necklace designs to have no exposed metal using a ribbon fastening instead of a metal clasp. Please specify the piece (by name or SKU) for which you require this customization. This modification can be made for a small additional fee.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations to orders may be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may include the products in the order, modification requests, or changes to the shipping address. Order cancellations are eligible for a full refund.

To make a change or request a cancellation, please email Mandira, at miracreations2019@gmail.com and include your order information in the message. Once an order has been shipped, changes and cancellations will not be possible.

Shipping Costs

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard shipping - $10 for anywhere in Canada and The USA*(2-9 business days)
Express shipping in Canada (3 days guaranteed): $15.00
Expedited shipping to the US (6-7 business days): $15.00
Express shipping to the US (3-4 business days): $30.00

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and all packages are tracked for your peace of mind. Taxes and packaging costs are included in the product price.

If your order total is $150 or more, standard shipping is on us (free)!

Shipping is pricey. We know this, and we wish there was more we could do about it. Unfortunately, these are based on standard rates. Because we’re a small business, we don’t qualify for lower rates so we cannot compete with big retailers who offer reduced shipping options.

We want you to know, that we are not making money off of the shipping fees. In fact, we are absorbing some of the costs to make it easier for you. If you buy here, you are supporting a small, honest business and we are forever grateful.

Shipping Times

We estimate 3-10 business days for delivery for most destinations but this is not a guarantee, except for express or expedited shipping options. Statutory holidays and busy periods may increase shipping times, so please order early!

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Mira Creations designs are inspired by nature, and we are proud to do our part in protecting the environment by offering attractive, eco-friendly packaging for all of our products!

Lost or Damaged Items

We make every effort to make sure your order is protected during shipping and include tracking on every package we ship, but we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items once an order has been shipped. We are happy to report that so far all our orders have safely reached their destination!

Shipping is currently unavailable to locations outside of North America.

In-person pick-up is available in the Centennial Parkway and Green Mountain Road area in Stoneycreek, Ontario. We will contact you to set up a mutually convenient time. Contactless curbside pickup can be arranged.

Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you would like to return your item for any reason, please consider contacting us first to see if we can help resolve the issue for you. Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they are in their original condition. The price of the product will be refunded once the item is received. This is an independently owned store, so unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return. before you ship the item back.

We take your privacy seriously. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to process orders and respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
